1. Wearing the wrong bra

4. Sedentary

When your breathing becomes shallower and blood circulation gradually slows down, the breasts will lack the sense of inflation and expansion, and gradually sag. 5. Sleep on your stomach

Sleeping on your stomach is very harmful to women's health. For breasts, it will cause sagging or depression. The best sleeping position is on your left side, with a pillow under your breast for support.

6. Improper diet

Blind dieting, eating sweets, smoking and drinking are all eating habits that damage breasts. Dieting will disrupt endocrine and affect breast development; sweets will increase insulin levels, which will cause breast cancer cells to not multiply; smoking and drinking are breast "killers", including red wine, which will cause damage to breasts, so women are advised to quit alcohol .
